serve with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise dip
Method
Turn oven on to 180C
Peel vegetables
Oil baking tray
put peelings on tray, making sure they don't over lap
Bake for 8 mins, check to see if they are crispy, if not bake for another 4-8 mins depending on the thickness of peeling.
