Way to use vegetable peelings



Ingredients

  • Potato Peelings
  • Carrot Peelings
  • Parsnip Peelings

Hints & Tips

serve with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise dip


Method

  1. Turn oven on to 180C
  2. Peel vegetables
  3. Oil baking tray
  4. put peelings on tray, making sure they don't over lap
  5. Bake for 8 mins, check to see if they are crispy, if not bake for another 4-8 mins depending on the thickness of peeling.
