1 flour Tortilla (Wrap)
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons chutney
1 tomato or teaspoon tomato passata
1/4 small onion finely chopped (red onion sweeter)
2 tablespoons grated cheese

Heat the frying pan to medium heat
Add oil if not non stick
Heat tortilla for 30 seconds, flip over when hot
spread with the mustard and put sliced tomato on top
Mix the chutney and grated cheese and spread on top
Add any other ingredients you fancy
fold tortilla in half and press down edges
Cook until the cheese melts, flip on the other side to ensure cooked through
put on plate (be careful the cheese will be very hot)
Alternative fillings
can of sweetcorn
spinach - few leaves sprinkled or wilting lettuce
leftover vegetables
Can of mixed beans
Chilli sauce to give a bit of a kick
Add leftover meat even chilli or spaghetti bolognaise
