Overnight Oats Banana





Ingredients

1 ripe banana

1 mug oats (rolled if possible, not instant)

1 mug milk

1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)

1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Hints & Tips

Make sure the banana is really ripe with plenty of brown spots as this helps with the sweetness

Double the recipe if you want to have it for a couple of days

Method

Peel the banana

Mash the banana, easiest way is with a fork

add the peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon to the bowl and mix together

add the oats

add the milk

Cover with a plate or clingfilm or foil 

Put in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours

Take out of the fridge and stir

Add extra maple syrup if needed.

You could microwave this if you fancied something hot.
