Overnight Oats Apple



Easy filling breakfast



Ingredients

1 eating apple

1 mug Porridge oats - not quick porridge oats

1 mug Milk

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Hints & Tips

1 tablespoon Add chia seeds to add crunch

1 tablespoon of natural yoghurt

1 tablespoon sultanas or raisins

Method

  1. wash the apple
  2. grate the apple and put in the bowl
  3. put the oats in the bowl
  4. put the cinnamon in the bowl
  5. put the milk in the bowl
  6. cover the bowl so that nothing can fall in (clingfilm or foil or plate)
  7. Put in the fridge and leave for at least 6 hours
  8. take out of the fridge and stir
  9. Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten
