- Drop of oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chilli powder (depends on strength)
- 300g Soya mince
- 1 large tins of chopped tomatoes
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 400g tin of kidney beans drained
- Salt and Ground Pepper
Equipment: pan, spoon to use in pan, teaspoon, tablespoon, chopping board, sharp knife, tin opener, grater, measuring jug.
